You Must Meet This Criteria:
- Must have had an implantable port-catheter surgically implanted.
- Must have had the device implanted between 2000 - Present.
- Must have had Removal, Replacement, Attempt of Removal, Scheduled Removal, Failed Removal, or Unable to be Removed.
- Must have suffered complications from the implant-If Infection, Blood Clot, Arrhythmia, or Thromboembolic event. Must have occurred at least 60 days after implantation.
- Must not be represented by an attorney.
Qualifying Injuries
- Hemorrhage
- Cardiac/Pericardial Tamponade Cardiac
- Arrhythmia and other symptoms similar to Myocardial Infarction
- Severe and persistent pain
- Perforations of tissue, vessels and organs
- Death
