The Stokes Courthouse contains 16 courtrooms and houses the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court and Clerk of the Court, U.S. Attorneys, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Probation and Pre-trial Services, the office of Senator Sherrod Brown, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Circuit Court Library. Parking is available in adjacent parking lots labeled “USA Parking”.

Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas

Located less than 10 minutes away from Tittle & Perlmuter’s Cleveland office, the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas is a trial court that handles a wide variety of both civil and criminal matters. Unlike other divisions of the court, the General Division is able to hear cases with values greater than $15,000. The Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas is walking distance from Public Square and is near a variety of public transportation options. Parking is also available off of West 3rd St. in the Huntington Park Garage, attached to the Old Court House, or a few blocks away in the “Warehouse District Parking” lot north of Lakeside Ave.
