Biography
Allen Tittle is an Ohio native who has dedicated his life and career to serving the community that raised him. From growing up in Ohio to building a law firm that now represents clients across the state, his commitment to giving back is personal. Raised by his great-great-aunt and uncle, Allen understands firsthand the meaning behind the phrase “it takes a village”, a belief that continues to shape both his practice and his community involvement today.
In 2015, Allen founded Tittle & Perlmuter from the ground up, taking on significant personal risk to build what has become a respected and results-driven personal injury firm. For over a decade, the firm has served individuals and families throughout Ohio, earning a reputation for handling complex, high-stakes cases with skill and determination.
Allen focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, including medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and gas explosion cases. He is known for taking on challenging cases and advocating for those facing life-altering injuries, always with the goal of securing justice and meaningful recovery for his clients.
Beyond the courtroom, Allen has built a team capable of handling a wide range of injury cases while maintaining a client-first approach. His leadership and dedication to the legal profession have earned him recognition as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business’ Notable Litigators & Trial Attorneys. In May 2026, he was also named President of the Ohio Association for Justice, reflecting his commitment not only to his clients, but to advancing justice across the state.
Through his work, scholarship initiatives, and ongoing community involvement, Allen remains focused on one core mission: helping people in Ohio get the justice they deserve when they need it most.

Results
- $7 Million: Medical Malpractice Case Settlement – Doctors failed to diagnose and treat a CSF leak, leading to a massive brain bleed and brain injury.
- $6.4 Million: Medical Malpractice Case Settlement – A doctor perforated a patient’s bowel during a colonoscopy. Thereafter, the patient’s pain was ignored in the PACU and she was discharged home. Upon returning to the hospital the next day, she passed away as a result.
- 35 Million Confidential Settlement
- $3 Million Medical Malpractice Settlement – After a patient had a syncopal episode at the workplace, doctors ordered continuous heart monitoring throughout his hospital stay. Unfortunately, doctors’ orders were not followed and the patient died from a preventable heart arrhythmia.
- $3.5 Million Medical Malpractice Settlement – An emergency room doctor failed to diagnose bacterial meningitis, leading to the patient’s death.
- $1.75 Million Medical Malpractice Settlement – Doctors failed to manage a postpartum hemorrhage, leading to massive blood loss and organ failure.
