For Alireza Nourani-Dargiri, the law has always been about one thing: making sure the rules work for everyone, not just the people with the most power.

Throughout his career, Alireza has studied the ways legal systems shape people’s lives, particularly when those systems create unequal outcomes for everyday people. That commitment to fairness didn’t stay in the classroom. It became the foundation of the way he practices law: listening carefully, thinking strategically, and fighting relentlessly for people who deserve to be heard.

After earning his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Alireza served as a judicial clerk for the Colorado Supreme Court, where he worked alongside the justices on complex legal issues affecting people across the state. Working behind the scenes on cases before the state’s highest court gave him a unique perspective on how careful preparation, clear advocacy, and attention to detail can shape the outcome of a case.

Alireza has also spent years teaching the next generation of lawyers at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While at CWRU, he taught courts in Lawyering Skills, Race, Law & Society, Introduction to Social Justice, and Appellate Practice, helping future attorneys develop not only the technical skills to practice law but also a deeper understanding of fairness, ethics, and advocacy.

Alireza’s dedication to the legal profession has already earned national recognition. This year, he was selected as a Pegasus Scholar through the American Inns of Court, a prestigious international program that each year chooses a small number of outstanding young attorneys to study the English legal system. Later this year, he’ll travel to Europe to work alongside judges and barristers in the United Kingdom while gaining a deeper understanding of the common law traditions that continue to influence American courts today. Being a Pegasus Scholar is a rare opportunity, one that reflects both the promise others see in Alireza and his commitment to becoming an even stronger advocate for every client who places their trust in him.

Outside the office, Alireza believes advocacy doesn’t end when the workday does. As a board member of Bike Cleveland, he helps promote safer, more accessible streets and stronger communities throughout Northeast Ohio. He has also volunteered his time with CAIR-Ohio, helping support educational programming and community initiatives that uplift minority communities and expand access to resources throughout Northeast Ohio.

When clients come to Alireza, they’re often facing one of the most difficult moments of their lives. They deserve an attorney who will take the time to understand their story, prepare every detail, and stand up to the people and institutions that would rather they simply move on. That’s exactly the kind of advocate Alireza strives to be.

If you’ve been seriously injured because of someone else’s negligence, Alireza is ready to stand beside you, fight for your rights, and help you pursue the justice you deserve.
