The seat we’re trying to fill

We’re hiring a paralegal, not a file clerk and not a records-request machine. This role keeps catastrophic injury and medical malpractice cases moving from the day a client signs through the day their case resolves: records, deadlines, demands, filings, and the hundred details that decide whether a case is ready when it counts. Our clients are families who have lost everything because of someone else’s negligence. You’ll be one of the people who makes sure their case gets the attention it deserves.

If you’ve been the one quietly holding a legal team together and want a firm that notices, this is it.

Who we’re looking for

At least three years as a paralegal. Plaintiff-side personal injury or medical malpractice experience is a strong plus. You know your way around a case file well enough to catch a problem before an attorney does, and you’ve handled a full caseload without letting anything fall through the cracks.

You’re organized to the point of being a little relentless about it. You can read a 900-page medical record and find the three pages that matter. Your correspondence and drafts come back with edits, not rewrites. And you’re steady with clients who are grieving, scared, or angry, because you know that how you talk to them matters as much as what you tell them.

What you’ll own

Your caseload. Managing cases from sign-up through resolution, keeping every matter moving and every next step clear.
Medical records and chronologies. Ordering, chasing, and organizing records and bills, and building the chronologies our attorneys rely on.
The calendar. Statutes of limitations, court deadlines, and case schedules. Nothing slips.
Drafting. Correspondence, discovery, pleadings, and other documents prepared for attorney review.
Demands and settlements. Demand packages, damages documentation, lien resolution, and settlement paperwork.
Client communication. Keeping clients informed and supported through a process that can take years.
The file. Case files that are complete, current, and ready for anyone on the team to pick up.
