• No Attorney Fee unless we win: We handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that our clients hire use without paying any up-front costs or fees with the understanding that, if there is a successful outcome and financial recovery in the lawsuit, we will claim a percentage of that recovery. However, if there is no recovery for the client, the client does not owe any fees or other costs to the firm.
