Don’t miss out on Cleveland’s ADA Fest & Healthy WOW! Night on Wednesday, July 26 at the Wade Oval in University Circle. ADA stands for The Americans with Disabilities Act. It is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life. These includes employment, state and local government services and programs, transportation, and all places that are open to the general public. It ensures that everyone, including the disabled, receive the same rights and opportunities.
Our law firm, Tittle & Perlmuter is one of the community partners featured at the event. The fest is a way to celebrate the ongoing legacy of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Festival activities begin at 4:00 p.m. with a carnival and resource fair. This is where Tittle & Perlmuter will be posted. The WOW! concert starts at 6 p.m.and lasts until 9 p.m. In between, Zumba and raffle drawings will take place.
Interpreters for those who are Deaf or hard of hearing are provided throughout the festival, as well as power chair charging stations and other accessibility accommodations.
Make sure to stop by the fest and learn more about ADA and other resources in your community. The address for the event is 10820 East Blvd. Cleveland, OH 44106. Multiple parking and shuttle options are available for attendees.
