“Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” ~John F. Kennedy
In addition to fighting for justice for their clients, Tittle & Perlmuter has made a conscientious effort to invest in its community. A key part of that investment is ensuring that high schoolers have the skills to be the leaders of tomorrow. To that end, Attorney Allen Tittle, after being inspired by his former teacher Mary Ann Creamer, joined the board of directors of Teen Leadership Corps in 2011. Teen Leadership Corps (“TLC”) is an organization dedicated to empowering teens through service education.
The youth-led service projects performed by the teens in TLC build character and discipline. Having adults by their side to offer support and resources allows the students to build leadership skills while developing decision-making skills and growth of character. Attorney Tittle knows that these leadership and decision-making skills are crucial to helping teens develop into mature civically engaged young adults.
Additionally, Attorney Tittle serves as an assistant varsity football coach for the Huron, Ohio Tigers, where he coaches the offensive line. Allen thought it was vital to return to his alma mater and coach the young leaders of tomorrow in order to ensure that these young men develop the leadership skills needed to achieve in the future.
