Three celebrities have been killed in separate car accidents recently:

  • Anne Heche – Actor
  • Roger E. Mosley – Actor
  • Ryan Fellows – Street Racer

Anne Heche rose to fame on the soap opera “Another World”, earning a Daytime Emmy Award. She followed with films like “Donnie Brasco”, “Six Days Seven Nights”, and “Wag the Dog”. Heche also dated Ellen DeGeneres from 1997 to 2000. More recently, she appeared in television series “The Brave”, “Quantico”, and “Chicago P.D.”

She died at 53, nine days after her devastating car accident in Los Angeles. According to reports, her vehicle was traveling at a high speed when she ran off the road and collided into a residence, engulfing her vehicle in flames. Anne was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and was placed in an intensive care unit with severe burns. Los Angeles Fire Department said it took firefighters more than an hour to “access, confine, and fully extinguish the stubborn flames within the heavily damaged structure”. Luckily, the woman inside the residence was unharmed. Anne fell into a coma due to significant pulmonary injury and burns. Days later it was reported that she suffered from a severe anoxic brain injury and was later declared brain dead.

Roger E. Mosley made his debut on the crime drama “Longstreet” in 1971 and was best known for his role on the action crime series “Magnum, P.I.” He died at the age of 83 from injuries he sustained in a catastrophic car accident in Lynwood, California. He is survived by his wife and three children who have been paying tribute to the legacy he left behind.

Ryan Fellows was a street racer and cast member of the Discovery series “Street Outlaws: Fastest in America”. At the age of 41, he died in an accident while filming for the show in Las Vegas. During one of the races scheduled for the series, Ryan’s Nissan 240z lost control near the finish line, rolled over, and caught on fire. He was unable to be pulled from the car in time. He is survived by his wife and two children. His death provides a devasting glimpse into the world of street racing.
